This is where they usually say 84 billion with no supporting math or evidence. The answer is, ASSUMING both notes convert at their maximum of 4.99% of shares outstanding, and factoring in the 20 mill shares given to the 4 members of Berkeley Bio, ooohhh... feasibly as much as a ballpark 450 million shares. That's GENEROUSLY speaking. Like, absolute max.

The .0001 convertible would be 27,800,000 shares........

and that's for a measly $2780 of debt. The payout could have been well over $500,000 at .02.

The 75% discounted convertible would be based upon price at conversion, and the $148K note could max out the AS.

We don't know. The simple solution is either update and/or un~gag the TA.
