Wow, one insider trade out of 10, 000 employees at fnf.

You were talking about a pullback to .80 two weeks ago...now its 1.50, whats next?

There is big money behind this...prepare to be flattened this week.

Theres many reasons for insider selling. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, or maybe just because the person needs money... I wouldnt worry about 15,000 shares. thats nothing.

Nice try . . BUT it doesn't mean anything.

If I had a whole bunch of shares from way back, I would also sell some for profits on the way up.

AND, it just shows ONE transaction, which is also not major. A stock price moves due to supply and demand. There are more and bigger BUYS going on than that $22,000 sell. That means, Fannie is headed up.

Best advice that anyone can give you now is GO LONG. Don't fight the trend. You can lose more than your short investment here.

Insider & restricted shareholder transactions reported over the last two years

Date Shares Stock Transaction
20-May-13 14,966 FNMA Sale at $1.45 - $1.46 per share. (Proceeds of about $22,000)
30-Jan-12 2,401 FNMA Disposition (Non Open Market) at $0.23 per share (Value of $552)

A hasty sale if considering that the amount could have been twice 22k (this does not include cost of shares) if he waited till Friday, May 23 to cash in shares bought at $.23 per share.

Or for the $3442.18 or so used to purchase 14,966 shares, he could have waited until next Tuesday to see what happens.

Perhaps the cha ching in his account was ringing so loud in his perception that he could not think straight about what was happening in the market...It happens.

Please tell me you know better than this.

An insider trading is just that.

It can be done for tax purposes, financial need;the list goes on and on.

Not arguing;simply stating the facts.
