PFHO hit and closed at multi-year highs.

1500 shares traded at 8.90 then 116 shares traded at 6.56. The 116 seemed like an error or something was off because others had bids in the 7.00s that didn't get filled. Right after the trade there were bids in the 8.00s showing.
