It provides a reasonable "best guess" at this time as to an estimated timeline for critical events as well as a good summary of what the patent is; who the defendants are; the formula for payout including the multiple contingencies; current important motions to sever, dismiss, and change venue; and possible risks to MGT. IMO, this is a rare SA article that neither pumps nor bashes, but makes a decent effort to present both the potential rewards as well as the potential risks to this spec play.
