Press releases state the following:

On April 4, According to The New York Times (2013), "The agreement between the Evergreen companies and GrowLife is expected to close no later than June 7, 2013 following the customary completion of definitive documents and due diligence." (para. 5)

On May 24, According to The New York Times (2013), "On the heels of a strong Q1 report, GrowLife is also pleased to report that it remains solidly on track for closing within the next 30 days its previously announced strategic acquisition of the East Coast and Colorado based operations of Rocky Mountain Hydroponics, LLC, Evergreen Garden Centers, LLC and 58Hydro.com. Following the completion of due diligence activities, GrowLife expects to update investors on the transaction including GrowLife's revenue guidance for the combined enterprise." (para. 4)

I also recall an article that stated Growlife was on the path to closing the ECG merger by the end of May along with revenue adjustments. I cannot find that article right now, but will post it when I do.

I have no idea which one is accurate? hmmmmmmmm?

I do know that they have followed through on all other correspondence except STBV launch on May 1, 2013. I am waiting on an answer for what happened.
