That is BS what you just reported. And if that is true, we can walk into the SEC right now and get Berman in trouble for talking to your friend.

Read the Notes of the filings, Lewis is owed over 100k by the company. He bought those shares because he lent the company money and had to file being an insider.

If what you are saying is true LEWIS would have bought ALL THE SHARES below .001. Why buy at 2 and 3 cents.

This post is absolute BS and yet is tagged. How can the moderators and this site just let someone who came to this board 2 days ago post this.

1)If true which it is not the CEO and friend would be in huge trouble for disclosing this and passing it down to Falcon. Doubt a High Qulaity CEO that everyone says Berman is would do that. HMMMM

2)If Lewis knew this to be true and Berman was going to come in later on, why would he buy at 2 and 3 cents. He and the company ended up diluting the shares over the next year causing it to drop to a low of .0005 before announcing Berman. MAKES NO SENSE. Cost him a ton of money. His investment is almost wiped out. Who would do that if everything Falcon says is true. He could have waited if Lewis was really going to bring him in last year and buy this year. So 100 percent False. Common sense.

Can you please update the board on this post?Can your friend please call Berman and find out what is gong on? And did Lewis provide you with anything that can help the investors of this stock. THe post I am refering to is:

$b_rich..I didn't want to disclose this to I got enough cheapies...but I have friend in NYC that knows Steve Berman. He spoke to him directly about his new position at Protext Mobility....All I will say is this without disclosing anything...you are 1000% on track where this is going in terms of Steve's background and why he came back to the company. Look for some major announcements in the days and weeks ahead...We are sitting on a very unique situation here in TXTM... imo millionaires will be made from this stock at these levels. Now you know why I'm so committed here. ..*Steve was actually going to come back last year...but had too many projects to finish etc...now you know why Lewis bought over 5 Million shares over .02 cents last year. :)
