To add to these comments, for many months now any diluted shares entering the market have been sold at or above the company's Book Value. This trend is expected to continue, its the reason management greatly reduced debt to achieve a strong positive BV. This has also been the loading zone (give or take).
Seems like some want you to believe the company will dilute at any price level which is not the case.
Preferred B shares being converted to common stock is the source of the O/S increase.
However, dilution has not had a significant effect in driving the price lower, it has only contained the price in a pretty narrow range for months now. The affect has been the prevention of any steady price appreciation before the ISO process is complete while accumulation has steadily risen.
