go read pg 9-12 from the Mar 25th 10Q and tell me it's dilution. Keep in mind the time period for when a convertible comes due and can be sold off.

Who's diluting? the company? They just released an 8-K stating John Powers deferred salary payment in lieu of receiving stock. He can't nor does he have a reason to sell those shares just after receiving them. Dilution my ass!!!
