That's a cute idea, but BP isn't interested in a financial game of chicken with America.

The settlement terms aren't fraud. They were written BP to be handouts specifically to ANY business purely as a 100% mathematic non-subjective formula. No proof, no evidence, no nothing other than a simple mathematical economic test.

BP gonna get pimp slapped hard, deserved or not. The economy was already in the toilet in 2010 yet they agreed to compensate ANY business who had a dip in sales -- for any reason.

They'll survive and even thrive.....may need to axe that divvy for a while though.
