With no other suitors taking their spot in the queue at least not substantive enough to PR they are getting all the time they want to make a decision. SRSR needs them more than they need SRSR. There are alternative properties or exiting production available (albeit not the scope of Niostar), there are no alternative to the money SRSR needs.
