The "court" is NOT in control. Daic is in complete control and if you think I'm wrong then think about this.... If Drago were to pull out now and go home how long would the "court" pursue Tmob??? Answer: 0. The case would be dropped due to lack of representation and that would be the end. So yes Drago has complete control.
