Not sure how you do your investing but to me the issue is liquidity. You are required to jump thru hoops and pay fees to sell your restricted shares now. Should cde buy pglc, could be cash offer or shares, either one no problem. Usually there is a period of time to review the company's books, operations, and it could be pulled. If for some reason pglc does not meet market expectations, cde does not want to go thru with the purchse a sell off could start, you are behind the 8 ball and could lose that money on the table, even more.
