I am not familiar with the merger you are referring to. Who is CCR- and where did such a rumor originate? I am only familiar with the pending hyraiki merger. Am I missing something?

He is referring to another company this has nothing to do with VDSC!!! CCR- is another stock....irrelevant to VDSC
