Its over just a matter of time.

Pg.7,8,9 do not get any clearer.No doubt in my mind Pfizer,Rinat breached the contract.

However, defendants never provided written notice of termination of the Agreement pursuant to Section 7.5 at any time prior to May 8, 2012.


That in a nut shell means the agreement was valid when the patent was issue on May 8,2012.

That means they owe 2 million plus interest legal fees and any other releif the court deams necessary!

Intellect's attorney is very good.Looks like a very solid case.

I sure would not want to defend this loser if I were on the otherside.
