ICTL looks good,could do with more IR exposure. Take a look at VHGI another Co I'm in that seems to be starting an aggressive ramp up in Revs.

I think you are onto something there litlefish....I forgot about those warrants plus if they are trying to get the .50 warrants exercised they would want the stock up between .60-.70 for a decent ROI and the company gets the rest for working capital...well done ICTL!!
