It's nice to get 'official' confirmation that you in fact don't own any shares... my gut was right to never include those shares of yours in the recent share count.

It's a great ploy to pretend to be long and then turn on the company... try to scare others away - real pro-bashing.

I am always amazed when I read basher and pumper posts.
I own a dozen or more pennystocks and I'll be damned if there isn't someone on the board pissing and moaning about the stock. It's a scam. A rip off. The company is screwing us. Diluting! Reversing! No PRs. The MMs are going to run it into the ground. Etc. Etc. Why in hell do they buy these stocks????????

why is it when these otcbb/pink puppies slide to the 52 week lows that all the BS'ers come out and trash the doggies and try to scam and slam. What is the real swing on the pps... pennies... yeah I guess if you have 4.2 million shares, each tick on the ticker is worth 420 clams... thats not chump change....

From what I gather so far is they are awaiting patent approvial. so its in the hurry up and wait mode. That puts it an accumulation position if they cannot move foward until the patent is confirmed.

then along comes the Doom and Gloom folk talking how a company is a scam and they have a bazzilion shares. and sell all you got and jump ship with them...

I just find it amazing.

Is all your speculation based on the PPS declining? is that it?

Is there some filing you are afraid of?

Sources? documentation? REFERENCES???

A little help with this VAGUE posting accusing this dog of being a scam?
