P.S. Just for the record there are several leveraged short ETF's in all indexes and in many commodity markets. There are many dozens of them. Options also cover this with something called Puts, which are very highly leveraged shorts. For someone as seemingly worldly knowledgeable as you are, you don't appear to know much.
