No Disrespect to Dr Tucker and I am sure he is very smart but have you questioned why a man of his credentials is not sitting on the board of csco, nortel, apple, qualcom fb, yahoo etc? Why a penny stock company other than prospect patent has no assets, and trailing Zero(0) for the entire balance sheet for years? At what price is vplm paying for his board representation?. The company seems to be raising money and burning money how is it that none of this is disclosed on the financials and at what price?
Why is the company statements unaudited? (This alone is major redflag)
Just because there is a great man on the board does not change the game. Enron, Worldcomm and AIG amongst many others failed with heavy hitters sitting on the board. Board representation does not change anything. Its PR stunt.
