The judge ordered that in vhc trial because they had no settlement conference before trial, so they had to allow time it is the law, vringo and google had settlement conference before judge stillman who retired the one everyone on this board thinks hjj was to retire it was stillman all along. But no settlement will be ordered because they had time before trial.
