Those are not net shorted shares, those are shares only sold as short. They very likely already covered the same day.

Obviously as Andrew suggests you don't understand the data. But you are not alone on this. The most funniest thing is that you said the shorts are getting nervous while the stock is trading close to a multi multi year low. Typical message board pink sheet chatter.

The stock will go up as soon as Solomon progresses on one of the important fronts going forward. And most probably not before that.
