A shareholder reported from the April 30 shareholder meeting that our lawyer Jim Otteson said we should hear within 2 weeks if the Motion for summary determination will be struck down. I certainly expected to hear about the SD before the 3rd settlement conference report deadline because in the name of judicial economy you would think the judge would want to decide the SD one way or the other because what accused infringer would engage in serious settlement talks with a SD hanging out there. The trial is scheduled for June 3rd which is 8 business days away including today. At least we will know where we stand shortly and provide some finality to this saga. Wake me when its over.
