I disagree, at least going forward - see my posts. If I'm wrong, then he's just lying to us. Why kill the stock and put all the effort into a PR that tells us he's not going to do it?

I'm not saying it's not a scam and that he's not lying. What I'm saying is that IF the PR's and other prior communications (including form 211 on pinksheets.com) are to be believed, he's trying to tell us he's got a potentially asset rich business that will support more traditional bank and municpal development bond financing and not vulture 504 crap that will kill the stock.

I don't know enough about him to say he's honest or a liar. I'll leave that to others.

As to cost of filing under rule 2-11, you don't need audited statements and you're not doing SOX so it's not a big deal.
