Tenac, this is so true. But, scripture tells us that we are to be joyful always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances. 1 Thes. 5:16-18. God expects us to do such things at work, rest and with our families, churches and friends. So we can be joyful, pray and give thanks while doing other things.

tenac,we are just a blade of grass. thrown this way and that by the wind. we just are not reliable. God knows that and accepts who and what we are. We wont be over this until our time has come to a close on this earth. Our greatest joy in going home is that we will be free from ourselve.

That is true..Everytime you have a problem that takes your time and energy, you are interfering with your relationship with God..You have to get the problem solved or just turn it over to God to solve...
