Was Due Diligence truly performed?? or was one's desire to be spoon fed???? No One had the :DOC'S" on TORQ from the GREAT STATE of UTAH" Matter of Record it was not complete until "THE END OF FEBRUARY 2013 WITH ARTICLES OF DISSOLUTION" with Sophia Newsome.

I must give "CREDIT TO FIGS"!!!!!!! he really came through....Amazing that we are across the country.....but it was pretty "REAL TIME"......Allot of "BRAINSTORMING"

So Need To Get The Head Out Of The Canteen Cup!!!!!!
