This post really is way off with the facts of what takes place in a BK.

First of all, one would have to point out the obvious, unless one is present 24-7 beside the Cdex CEO, one would have no idea how much work the CEO did. lol

The ultimate game plan that goes into the direction of the company and what can hopefully be saved and brought back to life is the decision of the CEO.

The BA can explain the law, the CFO can provide accounting work, but the other 80% of the work is on the back of the CEO.

But once again, one reads a sentence from a keyboard, that was no where around the Cdex office, nor has ever been at the Cdex office. lol

The reason Cdex-Inc is still an ongoing company, is because of Mr. Brumfield's hard work and willingness to lead, Dr. Poteet's and Carey's willingness to work, and several investors who were willing to invest.

But without Mr. Brumfield, the keyboards on this site would have been silenced a while back.
