The amount of commons dilution will depend on what exchange rate the government decides to give themselves for their preferred shares, LOL. Hopefully, the hedgies and powerful lobbyists in Washington will win this one out. One thing working in our favor is the visibility of this. If the government tries to steal anything, I should think there would be massive revolt campaigns from the people. Depends how well they try and sugar coat it for the masses. Either way, expect a massive spin on it from Washington as they are already in denial over what caused the housing collapse in the first place.
