The guarantee is: If the 18's get filled, you will purchase 3MM of my shares for .0038? At this point I will take that and be out even steven.... As much as I want it to blast off, I don't think it will get to .0040 on the bid anytime soon and if it does I wouldn't be able to unload 3MM shares. Obviously I'm kidding but seriously, it might go to 18's...
