Just got of the phone with anthony, very brief conversation, I asked him if the share structure had changed since 2010, he said they are going through alot of paper work and he didnt really know but that he imagines that it has not changed since then..

The total shares outstanding for this company as of 03-03-2010 were 86,494,514 shares outstanding with 68,615,752 shares free trading and 17,878,762 shares restricted with 100,000,000 shares authorized.
