Recommend you take a hard look at VERT. They are a well know diluting MMs. They typically dump shares for companies needing capital. I monitor Level II as necessary, but actual displays in penny land are always suspect....always! I assure you, no MM will take any large position in a penny security. They dont do such things in pennies, they only attempt to churn and make the profit on the fees for all the shares/transactions executed for retail.
