It is Zembek not Zembeck. The shares purchased by Shari, Ron, and David as disclosed in the filing have not been registered and are not available for resale ever, Until the issuer registers them with the SEC. But I doubt this shell can clear comments. So this might be a toxic shell.

Also, NY, CT, and TX have no record of GESI, so they were sold illegal shares.

I honestly think that the Zembeks have been hoodwinked and are not a part of the scheme to sell shares. I have done my research and I think Zembek is just retelling a story being told to him.

Also, I hope the Zembeks stay safe in the tornado area today.

Also, the only Gordon McKay / MacKays I find are deceased. All the information in Gordon's bio is coming up short. Leads to speculation of a real Gordon. Look at all the signatures on all the documents. The Gordon is different on every one. Look at all the "G"s. They are all different. Now look at all the McKays, they are all very similar. Tough to call on this one.
