yes at this stage there is no differences junior pref and common. 1:1
not more.. junior pref's price 3 times than common.. that is the only diffrence.

I dont think he understands the capital structure of a company. It shows in the way he posts. Some posts you just read with a snicker at the ignorance. If anyone believes him, they seriously need to do some DD and get educated.
