Rest assured Medinah is not suing Amarant or vice-versa. They each knew what the real "deal" was and what each wanted out of it.
Both companies want to keep investors guessing and hoping. This drama will continue to play out until the next "deal" is announced.
Congrats to those of us that recognized a year ago there was good reason Medinah wasn't making the actual Amarant contract public and why every deal Medinah signs has an NDA that lets them provide all the good spin, but none of the gotchas. Then when they get "got", they say, "But de NDA, de NDA."
