XUII is not Pink Sheet (explanation followed). I pulled that reference for promoters promoting pink as well.


Let me explain, It will be traded on OTCMarkets OTCQB.

Why do they have to change?
MMs don't have to pay FINRA fee to trade it. Any stock traded on OTCBB, MMs end up paying FINRA Fee.

OTCMarkets (still a QB in case of XUII) MMs dont need to pay FINRA fee.

The reporting Status is still remains the same.
