gotta say, it does feel like it is being walked down systematically, and there seems to be a limitless supply, and if it is not DMRJ then who is it? Naked shorting seems more likely, and those shares may not show up in reported positions. The Florida market maker DLNY has a bad reputation for breaking FINRA and NASDAQ rules and have been involved in naked short attacks in the past. They are active in trading IMSC shares, as shown on Level II.
What the company can do about this is unclear. Keeping the positive news flow coming would be helpful, of course.
