It may not affect V3rsant at all according to the FaceBook response. Depending on when they planned to file the impact studies, it could mean even faster approval.

This has nothing to do with the PPA negotiations. In fact, it may take the pressure off to get everything done at warp speed. I am in no hurry here. I'd rather they take their time and do it right. Mistakes can be costly and do damage to the companies image. All affecting the overall progress of negotiation and financing.
