Its possible, the government would have to pass the "respect states marijuana laws" act in order for us to legally make money on the thc sales. It's gaining support, but is still a long shot.

Not a single person on this board can answer that question negatively with any certainty because I know for a fact that Dixie raked in a decent amount of thc money. I also know where it went ... and it wasn't on the balance sheet, that's for sure. If the fed changes its stance, Dixie will reveal a shit-ton thc sales next year. Even if the fed doesn't change their stance but Colorado implements their regulatory scheme, Dixie will have to reveal the thc sales anyway. As it stands right now, there is no benefit from revealing thc sales because it would increase the risk of federal investigation and it would add to our tax bill. Don't forget that right now, it's just cash sales. Very easy to keep under the table.
