You could not be more wrong, look it up, they don't have enough contractors to keep up with the build demand. Like I said, talk to someone in the industry, clearly you are not in the industry.

maybe where you live but my daughter is a Real Estate agent in NC and there is new home construction everywhere and people getting approved for the loans.... here in VA?? they are popping up... maybe not as much as NC but still good... Florida??? new houses being built all over... we have been looking in the Tampa area and there is a lot to choose from... just depends on where you live perhaps...
