Sorry, but that data is outdated.

The data on that page of the $MJNA website is now outdated.

Read the Q/13 filing on the OTC website, and you'll see on page 45 how they are now correctly classifying the payments for the Cannavest deal as "Extraordinary Items", which is added to the Operational Income to come up with Net Income.

Because they are now doing it this, the correct way, they will have to restate Q4.

FWIW, I noted that this was a problem with the Q4/12 report back on April 10.

Sorry, but I'm not lying, and you're wrong.

Fink, do you consider the Cannavest shares liquid and thus readily convertible to cash, if needed?

If so, let me point out that no one else does, and further bring the facts to you that those shares are currently not traded actively on any exchange. Ticker = CANV.

Go check out how many shares have been traded in that last month. Not very promising if you ask me. Also note, that those Cannavest "extraordinary" one time revenues do not bring in cash for MJNA, which makes them have to sell more shares to the public at the investors expense.

I'm sorry, but this is not a good thing in everyone else's universe.
