or they could just take them down into the mine show them the coal..maybe fire a few pieces at them ..then load them onto the conveyor and send them up until they get an answer... :)
They already have the $65M, all they need is a $13M letter of credit, which is essentially an insurance policy for the lender backed by hard assets... shouldn't be a problem with this picture they've painted.
Cant see it being tough to get the letter of credit for $13M when someone else is willing to throw them $65M in liquid capital.
