Could be..but if you were the CD holder wouldnt you wait for higher prices as anticipated by many. After all the potential for this to go higher is very tangible.....

bobky, I too have been contacting the T/A and NO new shares have been added. Further the company has never done a CD for financing. The partnership that created the channel are all independently wealthy. This stock IMHO has been shorted and continues to be. The stock is on the SHO list! When they announce the cable deal in the U.S. you are going to see some real fireworks hitting this stock because it then makes it a buyout company by the big cable companies in the U.S.!
