do you have facts on % dhsm has to pay or is it you buy it out and you own it ?i cant say can you .if you cant i am going to assume
that you buy the right to use it and it is yours .but like the site i posted said they manage it so im sure there a premium they have to continue to pay

It appears that there is significant short risk. All of those shares hidden in the loopholes of the reporting system.
