Fox I understand what you are saying but if Al is overwhelmed with these small orders from the website how could he ever handle a order from a national company like Walmart or Kroger or ? What really disturbs me is the fact that people have received water as far away as Minnesota with order number 452 and I have not received my water ... I live in Virginia and my order number was 189. Sorry but I am losing P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E because of BS like this. Hell with the website down I can't even contact Rene to see if she can give me another reason for the delay :(

Remember I ordered this water on 3/15/13 ... how long is long enough ?
