Hi Rocky. Sorry I had to attend to an urgent matter. I am just getting back now. I was hoping that you could clarify what the 10-K filed 2013-03-07 means as regards to the Woodward warrant claim.

As I read the 10-K, it seems to be saying that both Act and Caldwell Estate have filed separate "Motions to Dismiss" and defendants requested oral arguments in both Aronson and Gorton cases.

As well

District Judge Gorton has referred the Motions to Dismiss in both actions to Honorable Judith G. Dein, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Massachusetts, for a report and recommendation. Oral arguments have not yet been scheduled.

Again any clarification would be much appreciated.
