I agree my friend. I feel the same way. Every time I read that portion of financial reports for every company that I hold a position in it makes me feel the same way. The point is that every company is required to address the worst case scenario in these reports. Every company reserves the right to do whatever it takes to survive and every company must state that failure is always a possibility. Take a look at any tickers report and you will see that this is as common a statement as forward looking statements, all you have to do is change the name of the company and they all say the same thing. Check it out for yourself. So all in all my feelings about holding SNDY are not changed. SNDY is setting the stage to make major moves, they are just not going to overplay their hand like most pennies do. Good luck to all and Happy Trading.
