I hope he gets his a$$ handed to him, he is everything that's wrong with OTC land. His nugatory, nefarious law suits have nothing to do with anything but personal greed, pure and simple. JMHO

If you go to this Sharp guys website http://www.goniffs.com/ (which he links to on his twitter profile) it reads "under Construction" over a blank page.. when you look it up on the whois domain registrar, you'll see it was created in August 2009, http://www.whois.com/whois/goniffs.com. Who renews a domain for 4 years running, leaving only an under construction sign and why?

When you look at an archived view of his website where you can choose a year and date to view what the website looked like at those times: http://web.archive.org/web/*/www.goniffs.com you'll soon realize it was never created, he just wants us to think he has a website as if this somehow makes him more legit... A little suspicious don't you think?
