You say that things could have been done faster and you chose what seems to me to be an arbitrary 30 days to finalize the LOI. Then you say it is relative.

But relative to what?

Since I dont see a benchmark offered any where...I will offer my own, which I feel is the most appropriate...Africa Oil.

As I have pointed out before in post # 269766, it appears it took Africa Oil approx. 18 months to secure Marathon after it announced getting its block in Kenya.

Based on this benchmark, I dont think it's a good idea to give ERHC thirty day deadlines.
