Frank - I would almost accept "idiocy". But
do you think there could be bigger
issues involved here?
Just about the only "honest" BK I have seen
in a long time is American Air. Where the
investors are thinking the court is going to do
the honest American thing.. and the stock
is up 1,500% since the low.
(Wouldn't it be nice if PCX court would report
it was following the good old American tradition..
and protecting bought and paid for stock.)
PS
I am still not sure about the AMR situation.
BUT! It does seem hard to believe that that judge
over there would wipe out the current AMR $6.50/share
stock value.
But who knows...
