I agree with you Zicon. If it weren't for that news, XUII would be much higher today. I mean c'mon, its an APS play, easy money in the first two weeks at least. He needs to be dealt with. He must have lost money in the past - so he is sore. Your trading is entirely your decision. If he bought in a pump after its up 3x - 4x, its only him to blame and not APS.

There were rumors during the initial days of GOF$ too about a similar lawsuit, but this time it had a serious effect.

What the bashers (those who promote his news on these boards) don't realize is that, they'd be banking a lot more if they neglected this Sharp guy and went long for 2 weeks, when compared to how much they might make (by shorting or bounce play) by hyping all this negativity.

Although shaken, XUII held decent through the week and showed good strength today. Good things coming in my opinion.

Lawsuits like this take years. This guy is 100% irrelevant to this promo. He scares newbies but he's completely powerless to this situation.
