I am hoping that the entities that are
defendants in any fraud cases that are
waiting in the wings have lots of money.
That way an honest court will be able order
them to pay up to the investors that they
lied to and duped.
Not just for the losses suffered.. but as
punishment for being so petty and contemptible.

I just want justice and honesty and venerable
oversight.
Look at what is being done to the workers of America
and to the investors who are "BKed" like this.
And THEN look at the massive amounts of company
money that are being funneled to the top.

way back in the beginning for submarining
Patriot with that beyond bogus retirement
benefits albatross. (THAT WAS SET UP
FOR PEABODY RETIREES.. FOR PATRIOT
TO HAVE TO PAY!) It was an impossible
burden for Patriot.
But they are/were all in cahoots.

The company is claiming they can't fund their operations and commitments but the find money to put into their own pockets?????????
