Correct. And, everyone has to remember it is in APS's best interest to get the PPS up for two reasons. #1 to continue to sustain a strong following of people for future Plays and #2 selling shares is their livelihood so getting the PPS to the highest level so they can sell into the gains is in their best interest. After all, that is what a Promo is.
